I don’t cook, so when I do I rely on the experience of others and follow recipes. Earlier this year I came across this spicy roasted cauliflower recipe from www.PureWOW.com and I had to give it a try. Trust me, if I can do it, so can you. Besides, cauliflower is the “it” vegetable of the year.
Step #1: Gather your ingredients.
Step #2: Take a picture of your ingredients
Step #3: Mix in the spices and Greek Yogurt. In my case I used Chobani for extra tang.
Step #4: Dunk the cauliflower head in the mix
Step #5: Bake at 400 degrees.
Step #6: Take a final picture and enjoy it.
