Keep the lights on the Crescent City Connection bridge in New Orleans.

There us much talk about the Crescent City Connection bridge lights lately.  Apparently, the city cannot afford to pay the electrical bill, for real?  Please people, don’t pocket the money and pay Entergy on time.  Thank You!
