Dreaming of Beignets
This week, I am on an all fruit and veggie diet (first time ever) and all I can think of is beignets. I took this picture 2 weeks ago after a long walk though the French Quarter, so I deserved to enjoy these warm, fluffy, pillow-shapped donut topped with powder sugar… I cannot wait to go back to Cafe du Monde and devour an order or two!
